Terms of Use By accessing and using the Animal Passport mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
- App Usage 1.1. The Animal Passport App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction. 1.2. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use.
- User Accounts 2.1. In order to access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. 2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, and you agree to update your information as necessary to keep it current.
- Intellectual Property 3.1. The Animal Passport App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by the Global Animal Registration Organization or its licensors. 3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any materials from the App without prior written permission from the Global Animal Registration Organization.
- Privacy 4.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 4.2. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer of Warranty 5.1. The Animal Passport App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. 5.2. The Global Animal Registration Organization does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 5.3. Your use of the App is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
- Limitation of Liability 6.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Global Animal Registration Organization shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. 6.2. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, even if the Global Animal Registration Organization has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
